Farming on the Fleurieu has been our way of life for generations. For over 180 years, our family has been dedicated to our craft of raising livestock and today, we can share the very best of our chosen produce and products with your own.

Legacy 1841 is a brand that defines the history and heritage of our family, and nominates a distinct point of difference from other brands in that we the control the ‘paddock to plate process and seek quality over quantity.
Our Products
Legacy 1841 is an umbrella brand that carries across multiple categories with the same brand promise of quality. Our meat products, Beef Jerky, Biltong and Beef Sticks, all share the same connection with our raw product sourcing. Our management of the manufacturing process has the same objective, ‘quality’.

Respect for the animals that graze our land is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that that the happier our animals, the higher quality our produce.
All of our animals are raised in the fresh, open air of South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula, is GMO-free and we make no unnecessary interventions.
Our Produce
Based in one of South Australia’s premier farming regions – we make use of our generational expertise and the abundance of vast, open ranges to breed our cattle. We hand-select only those animals that we consider of superior quality to continue through our farming programs.
