One of the greatest advantage of being in the Fleurieu Peninsula is that it has a unique make up of land structures situated along the coast line. It has the best of both worlds; the hillside country and the flat plains where on the hottest of summer days the cool breeze will filter through and give relief to all who occupy the land. Its high rainfall give the surrounding areas productive and healthy soil which makes Fleurieu produce in high demand.
